Responding to the Climate Crisis: Embodiment, Somatics, and a New Pathway Forward

With climate-related disasters and rapid ecological shifts accelerating, it is becoming clear that navigating this scale of existential threat is going to require new tools and pathways to make sense of and survive a changing world. 

Calling upon body-oriented therapeutic approaches from Core Energetics and Somatic Experiencing®, this session will explore physiological responses to the climate crisis and introduce grounding techniques to help stabilize individuals and expand emotional capacity to meet the challenges at hand and ahead. 

There will be opportunities for both didactic and experiential learning.
