In these difficult times, it can feel like grief is permeating every aspect of life. Join Janna Diamond and McKenzie Wren to explore and express personal and collective grief through embodied art practices. With opportunities for movement, sound, reflection and art making, we will connect with where grief lives in our bodies, explore different ways to be in relationship to grief, and cultivate creativity for healing and collective transformation.
Art materials provided. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Feel free to bring snacks to share. In person, Intown Atlanta. Location will be shared after registration.

Janna Diamond (she/her) is a somatic therapist in private practice in Atlanta and founder of Evolutionary Somatic Practice, an integrative and embodied approach to trauma healing in complex times. Janna guides individuals and groups to build inner resources for collective evolution and serves as the Georgia State Coordinator for the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America. Janna also happens to be a movement and textile artist.
McKenzie Wren (she/her) is a facilitator who works in multiple arenas to support connection and growth. As Ma’ayan Spiritual Arts, she facilitates art, ritual and connection through Earth-based, embodied Jewish practices and rituals for modern life. As Wren Consulting, she works with businesses and nonprofits to support inclusion and belonging. At the heart of everything she does is the belief in the power of relationship, community and connection to nature. McKenzie works with individuals and groups of all sizes to create spaces that are nurturing, creative and brave and that support personal and communal transformation.
